Position Summary: 

We are looking for a talented and passionate UX Designer to join our dynamic team. As a UX Designer at FL100, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design engaging and user-friendly interfaces for our platform and products. Your primary goal will be to understand our users' needs and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience across all touchpoints.

The ideal candidate must be an independent, open-minded, goal-oriented, creative designer with sound common sense and business thinking, coupled with excellent communication skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. 

Key Responsibilities:

  1. User Research:
    • Conduct user research through interviews, surveys, usability testing, and analytics.
    • Analyze user feedback and behavior to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
  2. Wireframing and Prototyping:
    • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design ideas.
    • Iterate on designs based on feedback from users and team members.
  3. Interaction Design:
    • Create intuitive interaction models and comprehensive UI design specifications.
    • Ensure designs deliver consistent, responsive experiences across diverse devices, platforms, and browsers.
  4. Collaboration:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and customer success specialists.
    • Participate in brainstorming sessions and design reviews to shape product strategy and vision.
  5. Usability Testing:
    • Plan and conduct usability tests to gather qualitative and quantitative data.
    • Analyze the test results and propose design solutions to address usability problems.
  6. Documentation:
    • Create and maintain design documentation to communicate design decisions and guidelines.
    • Ensure all design documentation is up to date and accessible to the team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as a UX Designer or similar role. SaaS experience preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar.
  • Excellent understanding of usability principles and best practices.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively. Results-driven, high-performer with highly collaborative style. Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
