Job Title: Director of Treasury
Reports to: VP, Treasury and Insurance
Location:  Goleta, CA or Westlake Village – Office-Hybrid

The Role

Reports to the Vice President - Treasury and Insurance. Provides leadership and direction for all aspects of Treasury. Directs the strategic direction and direction for the day-to-day operations of the department, including leadership, guidance and management of team members, and development of staff. Serves as primary liaison between other departments, third-party banks, and financial product vendors. Directs and sometimes leads projects with cross functional teams including Accounting, IT, Accounts Payable, FP&A, Legal, and third parties.

Your Impact

The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:

• Directing and leading a global team
• Leading and directing international liquidity, including banking and short-term investing globally
• Directing cashflow forecasting and reporting by currency and region
• Directing and leading foreign exchange risk management and execution

We’d love to hear from people with

• 10+ years of experience working within a treasury or finance department of a global corporation (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• 5+ years of experience managing a team.
• Experience with global banking and liquidity structures.
• BA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or similar education.
• Experience with Treasury Management systems.  Reval preferred.
• Experience with financial planning, forecasting, modeling, and quarterly SEC reporting.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and SOX.
• Proficiency in Oracle (Hyperion/Essabase) 
• Exposure to risk management/insurance a plus.
• MBA, CTP, and or CFA a plus.

$205,000 - $215,000

The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
