What you’ll do:
We are seeking an innovative and results-driven Director of Transformation to lead transformative initiatives across NinjaTrader’s core operations. Reporting directly to the company President, you will play a multi-faceted role: (1) driving major initiatives including the implementation of AI-solutions to improve efficiency, (2) partnering with the leadership team to develop a results-oriented operating model with data-drive decision making, KPI accountability, and clear prioritization, (3) and serving as a strategic partner and chief of staff to the President.
This is a high-impact role for a forward-thinking leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, operations, and technology. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing our vision for operational excellence, leveraging emerging technologies to redefine how we serve our customers and drive growth.
In this role, you will:
- Serve as the chief of staff to the President, providing strategic support, ensuring alignment across initiatives, and driving organizational priorities
- Collaborate with leadership teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI and other technologies to streamline workflows, enhance decision-making, and improve customer experiences
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to implement and scale transformative projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines
- Drive operational excellence by analyzing current processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing innovative solutions
- Monitor and measure the impact of transformation initiatives, using data and KPIs to assess success and drive iterative improvements
- Act as a thought leader in emerging technologies, staying ahead of industry trends and translating them into actionable opportunities for NinjaTrader
- Facilitate communication and alignment across departments, ensuring transparency and collaboration in all transformation efforts
What we look for:
- 10+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or transformation roles, with at least 5 years in leadership positions
- Proven track record of successfully implementing technology-driven solutions, including AI and automation, in a fast-paced environment
- Strong strategic mindset, with the ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders, present to senior leadership, and drive alignment across teams
- Experience in cross-functional leadership, managing diverse teams and driving complex projects to successful outcomes
- Proficiency in data analysis and KPIs, with the ability to measure and communicate the impact of transformation initiatives
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
- Low ego, high EQ, and a collaborative work ethic
