Job Summary:

As a fast-growing organization, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Talent Acquisition to lead and evolve our global hiring strategy, scale recruitment operations, and drive a systematic, data-first approach to how we attract and hire talent. This is a highly visible leadership role where you’ll operate as the owner of the function, shaping the vision, roadmap, and execution of all things recruiting.

What You'll Do:

  • Own and evolve Strider’s global talent acquisition strategy, aligning it with strategic business goals across all departments.
  • Lead and grow a high-performing TA team.
  • Design and implement a systematic recruiting process, ensuring clarity, consistency, and scalability across the entire hiring lifecycle.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and automation to enhance efficiency, increase velocity, and free up your team to focus on high-impact work.
  • Champion a data-first approach, building dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide real-time visibility into pipeline health, hiring velocity, and recruiting effectiveness.
  • Partner closely with executives and hiring managers to forecast hiring needs and develop smart, adaptable recruiting plans.
  • Promote equitable and consistent hiring practices across all roles and levels.
  • Oversee employer branding initiatives to position Strider as a top destination for top-tier talent.
  • Ensure a thoughtful, efficient, and high-quality candidate experience at every stage.

What You'll Bring:

  • 8+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
  • Proven success scaling recruiting functions in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Deep expertise in building structured hiring processes, from intake to offer.
  • Strong experience with ATS systems, recruiting analytics, and candidate engagement tools.
  • Demonstrated success in using data, metrics, and reporting to inform hiring strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Experience with AI and automation in recruiting workflows to boost productivity and candidate engagement.
  • Passionate about building inclusive teams and creating exceptional candidate experiences.
  • A true owner’s mindset—proactive, accountable, and mission-aligned.
