What You’ll Do:

We are hiring an experienced Director of Strategy and Transformation to define and drive critical initiatives in Core IT, Business and Enterprise Platforms & Data Analytics, and AI. In this role, you will drive the product vision, strategy, and execution for various systems such as ERP, CRM, and DCIM, develop a roadmap to deliver timely business metrics and insights to all stakeholders and identify and drive an overall enhanced employee experience for every member of the CoreWeave workforce. 
This position will meaningfully impact the crafting of the technology ecosystem, optimizing processes and operations, and delivering scalable solutions that improve customer experience and internal efficiencies.

  • Lead Product Strategy & Execution: Define and implement a vision and the product roadmap for an integrated IT ecosystem including Data Infrastructure/Analytics, ERP, CRM/CPQ, Licensing, Ordering, Billing, Inventory Management, Capacity Planning and Provisioning systems, aligning with company goals. Foster a culture of program management excellence, implementing best practices.
  • Build Partnerships: Engage in close collaboration with multi-functional teams, such as Finance, Sales, Operations, and Engineering, to see opportunities for optimizing processes and enabling digital transformation. Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Analysts and other team members to drive execution and results. 
  • Product Ownership: Coordinate the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery, for enterprise systems. Drive continuous improvements and innovations in system functionality and user experience.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data analytics to monitor performance, assess impact, and make informed decisions on system improvements.
  • Team Leadership: Develop, mentor, and lead a team of product managers and business analysts, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Compliance & Security: Ensure systems meet compliance, security, and privacy requirements.

Who You Are:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; Equivalent experience or a Bachelor’s degree is acceptable. Possessing an MBA or advanced degree is an advantage.
  • 15+ years of experience, with a minimum of 10 years in IT leadership roles, with significant experience in New Product Introduction (NPI) and managing complex IT systems - Experience with Product Operations is a plus
  • Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills to inspire and guide a high-performing team
  • Proficient in licensing, pricing strategies, order-to-cash processes, and billing systems.
  • Outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Good communication and customer management skills, with an ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience with cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, and enterprise software.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $200,000-225,000. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
