About the Role

The Director, Strategic Planning (Sales) at Mendel, will play a critical role in leveraging critical thinking to drive go to market strategy to drive the sales of our complex AI infrastructure product to various healthcare organizations, including pharmaceutical companies, healthcare providers, diagnostics companies, and payors. This role requires a deep understanding of healthcare workflows, clinical practices, and industry regulations, as well as strong analytical and strategic capabilities.

You Will:

    • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales and adoption of our AI solutions across healthcare segments.
    • Solutions Consulting: Utilize your expertise to understand the needs and challenges of healthcare organizations and provide tailored solutions using our AI infrastructure product.
    • Client Engagement: We will engage with key stakeholders in healthcare organizations, including clinicians, administrators, and executives, to showcase the value proposition of our AI infrastructure product.
    • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape in the healthcare AI space.
    • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies, create compelling presentations, and participate in client meetings and demonstrations.
    • Product Positioning: Work closely with the product development team to understand product capabilities and ensure alignment with market needs and client requirements.
    • Thought Leadership: Contribute to thought leadership initiatives by sharing insights, participating in industry events, and establishing yourself as a subject matter expert in healthcare AI.
    • Performance Monitoring: Monitor sales performance metrics, track market penetration, and provide regular reports and recommendations to the leadership team.

You Have:

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in a strategic consulting or sales role within the healthcare industry.
  • Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, regulatory environment, and industry trends.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience or interest in sales support, client relationship management, and business development.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Compensation
$150,000 - $200,000
