Atlas is seeking a tenacious, results-driven Director of Strategic Partnerships to build, manage, and scale large revenue-driving enterprise partnerships for the company. This role is ideal for a high-agency strategic operator with a proven track record, closing and growing partnerships that drive measurable P&L impact. You will take full ownership, driving strategy, execution, and long-term relationship management to maximize business results for your partnerships. Reporting to the VP of Partnerships and working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will play a pivotal role in accelerating Atlas’s growth.

Key Responsibilities: 
Strategic Partnership Development and Execution:

  • Research, develop, sell, close and launch new strategic partnerships aligned with Atlas’s growth objectives
  • Define and implement strategies & operating models to maximize enterprise value and strategic alignment
  • Develop partner business plans, including legal agreements, financial modeling, and support the Atlas partnership ecosystem
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Operations, Sales Enablement and Legal teams at Atlas and partner organizations to maximize execution and impact.

Partner Management & Operations:

  • Develop relationships within the partner framework of Atlas’s strategic initiatives.  Focusing on fostering trust and long-term collaboration within the assigned partner category.
  • Build and deliver on your partnership business plan; drive progress on key partner initiatives, resolving issues and aligning stakeholders to deliver measurable wins
  • Track, analyze, and report on partnership performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring accountability
  • Work with marketing on GTM efforts that align with our partners GTM strategies.
  • Participate in monthly and quarterly business reviews
  • Collaborate to develop and implement scalable processes, frameworks, and best practices to support partnership acquisition and growth
  • Align partnership efforts with Atlas’s broader organizational objectives, serving as a strategist and thought leader

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in global business development, strategic partnerships, strategic account management, or at a top-tier strategy consulting firm
  • 10+ years of experience in sales and/or partnerships with a focus on HR, Talent Acquisition and Sales.
  • Prior experience with workforce solutions such as PEO, EOR, AOR, Payroll
  • Proven success in sourcing, structuring, and closing complex, high-impact strategic partnerships or enterprise client deals
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver end-to-end results through launch and post-launch phase, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders internally and externally
  • Exceptional leadership skills and experience fostering collaboration across internal groups
  • Superior communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Superb organizational skills and detail orientation, strong ability to help build ecosystem
  • Highly analytical, with a strong understanding of B2B business models
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with the ability to move strategic initiatives from concept to execution with urgency
  • Self-motivated, with a relentless drive to deliver measurable business impact
  • Bachelor’s degree required
