Job Summary
Black Rifle Coffee Company (BRCC) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Director of Social Media & Shopping to lead our social media content production team and drive revenue growth through e-commerce integrations across platforms like TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, and Instagram Shop. This role will be responsible for overseeing the creation of high-impact, on-brand content while ensuring alignment with our broader marketing and branding campaigns. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of social media trends, content monetization, and e-commerce strategies, along with a passion for storytelling and tactical execution
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Content Production Leadership:

Supervise and manage all social media content producers, ensuring content is engaging, high-quality, and on-brand.

Coordinate with social media operations manager to populate content calendars, production schedules, and workflows to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, branding, e-commerce, and product teams) to align social media content with company-wide initiatives.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all content formats and platforms.

Implement and refine content production best practices to maximize efficiency and impact.
Social Commerce & Revenue Generation:

Develop and execute strategies to generate revenue from social media content through TikTok Shop, YouTube Shopping, Instagram Shop, and other e-commerce integrations.

Work closely with the e-commerce team to optimize product placements, promotions, and sales strategies within social media content.

Leverage data analytics and performance metrics to refine social shopping strategies and drive conversions.

Stay ahead of emerging social commerce trends and platform updates to maximize revenue opportunities.
Team & Budget Management:

Mentor and develop a high-performing social media production team.

Manage budgets related to content production, ensuring cost-effective execution without compromising quality.

Foster a creative and results-oriented culture that encourages innovation and strategic risk-taking.
Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in social media content production, digital marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of leading successful social media teams and delivering high-quality content.

Deep understanding of social commerce platforms and revenue-generating strategies.

Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple content initiatives simultaneously.

Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with tight deadlines.

Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide creative teams.

Passion for the BRCC brand, its mission, and its audience.

Knowledge of the coffee industry, military culture, or outdoor lifestyle is a plus.

Must be able to travel up to 50% as needed
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work/Physical Requirements
This is a full-time position and may require long hours and may require weekends and night work per production schedules.
● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and telephone keyboard reach, stoop kneel to install computer equipment.
● Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
● Light to moderate lifting is required.
● Ability to uphold the stress of traveling.
● Regular, predictable attendance is required; including quarter-driven hours as business demands dictate.
● Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
● Ability to work in a confined area.
● Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.
