Job Description
- Develop and deliver the SMC Sales growth strategy
- Identify and develop customers for SMC material sales
- Coordinate material sales and technical service to existing customers
- Deliverables:
- SMC Compound sales forecasts and budgets
- SMC Compound sales performance reports
- Technical service reports
- Responsible for overall quote preparation, explanation and justification using knowledge of internal development, manufacturing, and logistics costs.
- Interacts with SMC Compounding Plants, Molding Technical Service Team, and Materials Development Team to coordinate, project, and plan for current and future support requirements in design, analysis, materials R&D, testing illustration and other product related areas.
- Ensures all orders, quotes, and other requirements are processed in customer’s and company systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate regarding raw material requirements and costing with Purchasing group.
- Directs customer interface/communication to meet all Sales, Service and Marketing needs.
- Responsible for ensuring that customer requirements are met.
- Responsible for scheduling/facilitating quarterly reviews with Key accounts.
