We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Leader to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, driving sales performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets for new customers in the Pretrial and Supervision markets within the justice system.
The ideal candidate will possess a proven sales track record, sales process discipline and the ability to drive new business.

Job Description:

  • Sales Leadership: Self-motivated to lead the company's sales initiatives.

  • Sales Strategy: Work with our Marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing & sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. 

  • Sales Discipline: Identify new sales opportunities, develop business development plan to turn prospects into warm leads and close with tenacity. 

  • Sales Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management using internal systems like Hubspot CRM.

  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives. 

  • Consultative Salesperson: Demonstrate ability to ask the right questions driving to customer root problems and solving them.

  • Technical Acumen: Ability to learn equivant SCP software offerings quickly and communicate their value to prospective customers.

Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of sales experience

  • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales objectives in a given timeframe

  • Understanding and ability to develop and win formal RFPs from state and local government agencies

  • Previous criminal justice experience desired

  • Degree in criminal justice, computer science, or other relevant technical education

  • Experience using enterprise CRM tools like Hubspot or Salesforce desired.
