Role Overview: Yobi is seeking an energetic and results-driven leader to join our sales team in New York. This role offers a unique opportunity to champion new business growth, deepen existing client relationships, and leverage our cutting-edge advertising platform to drive substantial client success. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, exhibiting both strategic insight and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities with media agencies, platforms and direct advertisers

  • Build and maintain strong, consultative relationships with clients, clearly understanding their marketing goals and aligning Yobi’s solutions to deliver exceptional results.

  • Proactively generate and manage high volumes of sales activities, including prospecting, client presentations, proposal development, and negotiation.

  • Meet and exceed assigned revenue targets, driving consistent growth through effective account management and strategic upselling and cross-selling.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights on market trends and leveraging Yobi’s AI-powered solutions to solve complex marketing challenges.

  • Foster effective internal collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client experiences and product improvement based on market feedback.

  • Represent Yobi actively and passionately in industry and client meetings, contributing to a vibrant, collaborative sales culture.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of proven experience in digital media, ad tech, or programmatic advertising sales.

  • Strong preference for candidates with existing relationships or previous experience managing accounts at major agencies or platforms.

  • Extensive knowledge of digital advertising ecosystems, AI-driven advertising technologies, and data-driven optimization strategies.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Self-starter mentality, highly organized, and capable of balancing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Demonstrated ability in strategic selling, solution-driven discussions, and successful client management.

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
