As the Director of Sales- Mid Market, APAC, you will drive our strategy and execution for capturing growth across the mid-market sector in this key region. You’ll be responsible for leading high-performing sales and business development teams, focusing on new business generation, account expansion, and optimizing our approach to market opportunities. Your strategic vision and data-driven leadership will be essential to achieving ambitious revenue targets.

What you'll be doing:

  • Strategic Market Leadership: Develop and execute a tailored go-to-market strategy for APAC’s mid-market sector, driving revenue growth and ensuring sustained market presence
  • Sales Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • New Business & Expansion Focus: Oversee efforts to capture new business while maximizing expansion opportunities within the existing customer base
  • Key Client Engagement: Build and maintain strategic relationships with mid-market clients, understanding their needs and positioning SafetyCulture as a vital partner
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the voice of the mid-market segment, collaborating with product, marketing, and customer success teams to optimize our offerings and market strategies
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze sales performance, identify trends, and provide regular insights and recommendations to senior leadership

What you'll need:

  • Extensive Sales Leadership Experience: A strong background in leading and scaling B2B sales teams, ideally within the SaaS or tech space, with a deep understanding of the APAC market
  • Sales Expertise: A proven track record of successfully closing mid-market deals and achieving revenue targets
  • Data-Driven Decision-Maker: Proficiency in using analytics to forecast outcomes and guide strategic decisions
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Demonstrated success in partnering with multiple teams to enhance customer value and accelerate market impact
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to identify opportunities, drive initiatives, and adapt to evolving market conditions
