We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our emerging market sales efforts. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding our market presence globally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans for entrance into additional international markets.
  • Performing TAM and ROI analysis of potential international markets to identify and cultivate new business opportunities and make recommendations to the leadership team for new international market entry. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, and field support to determine feasibility of new potential markets.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for improving performance.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with a focus on Ag Tech,  robotics, automation, or a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of direct selling and market analysis skills and demonstrated ability to navigate complex sales cycles.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with a history of building and managing high-performance sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Language skills in Spanish and Portuguese a plus
  • Track record of success in prior sales and business development roles.
  • Ability to travel 50-70% to meeting growers in person in a variety of international markets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.

Flexibility in our hiring process allows hiring of talent at levels different from what are posted.  The compensation range outlined is based on a target budgeted base salary. Individual base pay depends on various factors such as relevant experience and skill, Interview assessments and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements. Offers are determined using our equitable hiring practices. Carbon Robotics offers additional compensation in the form of benefits premiums, pre-IPO stock options and On Target Earning commissions for appropriate positions. Base pay ranges are reviewed each year. We are committed to the principle of pay equity – paying employees equitably for similar work.

Carbon Robotics' base salary pay range:

$125,000$150,000 USD
