Koddi is a fast-growing technology company looking for people who are passionate self-starters. We are searching for an Account Director to lead a team of account managers and digital marketing analysts to strategize and plan for our enterprise travel clients.
This role is focused on helping clients operate more efficiently by eliminating ambiguity, accelerating execution, and driving scalable growth. You will oversee client relationships across program management, feature development, and advertiser performance while ensuring fast iteration on new opportunities. By streamlining operations, aligning cross-functional teams, and optimizing strategic decision-making, you will enable clients to maximize revenue, improve efficiency, and scale their retail media investments with confidence.
What you will do
- Expand Platform Value Across Channels – Help clients seamlessly execute retail media strategies across social, programmatic display, alcohol beverage, CTV, and onsite advertising formats
- Empower Business Growth – Partner with client sales and account management teams to drive the adoption of AI-powered tooling that enhance budget utilization, sales efficiency and media effectiveness.
- Eliminate Ambiguity in Performance Metrics – Provide clear, data-driven insights that help clients exceed revenue targets and demystify performance questions.
- Translate customer goals and challenges into clear product requirements, working closely with product and engineering to prioritize features, streamline testing, and accelerate time-to-value.
- Strengthen Client & Industry Relationships – Develop deep partnerships client retail media teams, providing strategic guidance on optimization strategies, joint roadmap planning, and investment effectiveness.
- Champion AI & Automation – Leverage AI-driven insights to automate workflows, improve execution, and drive efficiency across omnichannel advertising efforts.
- Stay at the Forefront of Retail Media Trends – Monitor new retail media and CPG trends to drive test-and-learn opportunities that maximize customer success.
What skills and experience you bring
- 5+ years of experience in CPG advertising and advertising technology/retail media
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets
- Expertise in self-serve ad platforms (Criteo, Walmart Connect, DSPs, social, Koddi, Amazon) and programmatic media buying
- Strong ability to translate client needs into fast, actionable product development cycles
- Data-driven decision-maker, skilled in leveraging insights to influence campaign performance
- Exceptional relationship management, communication, and strategic consulting skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment, driving execution across cross-functional teams
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%) as needed
