This role requires analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and hands-on problem-solving to optimize product performance, drive revenue growth, and enhance operational efficiency. You will translate business needs into scalable solutions, equipping internal teams for success and proactively identifying risks to keep initiatives on track. Success in this role depends on navigating complex team dynamics, fostering collaboration, and continuously improving products through data-driven insights and market feedback.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end execution of product initiatives or launches, driving cross-functional collaboration to secure buy-in, gather insights, conduct analysis, build the business case, and ensure final delivery meets business needs, market demand, and revenue goals.

  • Proactively identify roadblocks, roll up your sleeves to solve challenges, and ensure execution through influence, coordination, and accountability to drive product initiatives forward.

  • Own the strategic direction and execution of the Digital Circular and Digital Media portfolios, ensuring product offerings align with client needs, drive revenue growth, and remain operationally efficient by balancing customization, scalability, and cross-functional feasibility.

  • Ensure product solutions align with market needs and customer pain points by leveraging direct feedback, competitive analysis, and data-driven insights to shape roadmap priorities.

  • Define and track key success metrics for product performance, adoption, and revenue impact, ensuring continuous iteration and improvement based on measurable outcomes.

  • Navigate cross-functional dynamics with diplomacy, aligning diverse perspectives, fostering collaboration, and ensuring stakeholders feel heard while driving consensus and action.

  • Equip internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Client Services) with the knowledge, training, and resources needed to support product success and ensure smooth go-to-market execution.

  • Lead the development and execution of innovative product solutions by identifying market gaps, leveraging data-driven insights, and translating business needs into scalable, technically feasible enhancements that align with cross-functional capabilities and drive long-term growth.

  • Translate business needs into technical and product solutions, ensuring that proposed actions align with the capabilities and workload of the Sales, Value Stream, and Tech teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, product solutions, or a related field, with a strong focus on digital products, media, or technology-driven solutions.

  • Technical fluency and engineering background, with the ability to engage in technical discussions, assess feasibility, and collaborate effectively with development teams.

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end product execution, from strategy and concept development to launch and optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset, with the ability to leverage customer insights, market trends, and performance metrics to inform decision-making.

  • Expertise in cross-functional leadership, influencing without authority and driving alignment across Sales, Marketing, Engineering, and Operations teams.

  • Experience in navigating complex team dynamics, ensuring stakeholders feel heard while maintaining focus on execution and business objectives.

  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems proactively, identify roadblocks, and push initiatives forward through collaboration and accountability.

  • Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies and commercialization, ensuring products are positioned for adoption, revenue growth, and operational efficiency.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.

  • Track record of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying market gaps and driving scalable, high-impact product enhancements.

  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving to ensure timely execution.
