As the Director of Product Management for SignNow, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of digital agreements! You will define and execute a bold vision, strategy, and roadmap to drive our next-generation eSignature platform to new heights. You will lead a team of passionate product managers, collaborate with dynamic cross-functional teams—including sales, marketing, engineering, and GTM—and harness data-driven insights to fuel continuous innovation and business success.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record in scaling SaaS products successfully
  • 3+ years of leadership experience, with the ability to inspire, mentor, and grow high-performing product teams
  • Strong strategic thinking abilities, with demonstrated experience in product strategy, market analysis and roadmap planning
  • Ability to identify market opportunities and translate them into concrete goals and actionable innovative roadmap
  • Proven track record in roadmap execution through planning and iteration towards success. Experience in building and scaling B2B/B2C SaaS products, ideally leveraging Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategies
  • Experience building cross-functional agile teams, implementing tools and processes that drive operational excellence and scale
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach to decision-making and product optimization
  • Experience in funnel management and unit economics optimizations: ability to optimize conversion funnels, analyze and improve unit economics, and leverage data insights to maximize user acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working with executive teams and external partners
  • Strong leadership skills, growth mindset and adaptability to a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Experience in remote team leadership, driving collaboration across distributed teams

Specific responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop & Execute Strategy. Establish and implement a compelling product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with SignNow’s mission and growth objectives.
  • Product Roadmap & Prioritization. Conduct market research, analyse the voice of the customer, run competitive intelligence and leverage qualitative and quantitative data to define and prioritize initiatives
  • Execution & Delivery. Define and drive product lifecycle ways of work from inception to launch , ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Leadership & Team Development. Recruit, mentor, and scale a high-performing product management team, setting clear performance goals and professional development paths
  • Cross-functional Collaboration. Work closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to align business and product priorities
  • Data-Driven Decision Making. Leverage analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to continuously iterate and optimize the product experience
  • Funnel Optimization, Unit Economics & Growth Strategy. Analyze and optimize the entire user journey, identifying conversion opportunities, improving unit economics, and implementing strategies to enhance user acquisition, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization
  • Market Expansion & Growth. Identify opportunities for product-led growth (PLG) and sales-led growth (SLG) strategies to accelerate adoption and revenue
  • Customer-Centric Innovation. Partner with GTM teams and key stakeholders to drive growth, retention and expansion efforts
  • OKRs & Performance Metrics. Define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and impact
  • Budget & Resource Management. Plan and manage budgets to deliver high-quality products on time and within scope.
