Job Description
We are searching an established, strong leader of multi-function NPI team to oversee the pilot operation of new media technology. You need to work with program team to align the media design, quantity and schedule requirement of production build and ensure all resources as material, equipment, staff in factory site to deliver production on schedule. Closely corporate with development team to timely transfer and replicate the production media design at pilot lines.
Job responsibility
- Lead multi-function NPI team including frond end, back end and test engineering groups.
- Overlook the operation of NPI plot lines to support production and development activities of new media technology.
- Align with program team on production build requirements and schedule.
- Work closely with development team for smooth transition and replication of media production design.
- Manage logistic of substrates, sputter targets and other material related to new media production.
- Corporate with factory operation team to ensure the staff and facility support for new media production.
- Resolve any production-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree of Science, Engineering, Management, MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in production management
- 10+ years of experience in HDD media manufacturing
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in fast-paced environment
