Job Description:
The Director of Platform Solutions is a pivotal role focused on driving the digital transformation of key business processes, facilitating comprehensive business automation and AI-driven innovation. This position will strategically lead the product management and innovation of digital products designed to significantly enhance organizational efficiency. By developing and executing robust product strategies, managing detailed product roadmaps, and overseeing the creation of intuitive digital solutions, the Director will ensure effective digitalization of operations, robust data analytics capabilities, automated business workflows, and advanced AI functionalities.
This role requires strong product management expertise, strategic leadership capabilities, and comprehensive knowledge of developing scalable, intuitive, and impactful digital products that effectively meet the needs of diverse cross-functional teams. Additionally, the role involves cultivating and leading high-performing product management teams to consistently deliver innovative solutions.
- Define and execute comprehensive product strategies aligned with organizational objectives to enhance business efficiency through innovative digital solutions.
- Manage product roadmaps, prioritize features, and ensure timely delivery of high-impact digital products.
- Lead and mentor product management teams, fostering collaboration, professional growth, and a culture of innovation.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including data scientists, software engineers, UX/UI designers, and business leaders, to gather insights, define requirements, and optimize product solutions.
- Drive innovation in low-code business process digitalization platform, conversational analytics, and AI-driven automation to operational efficiency and support informed decision-making.
- Continuously evaluate market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage and ensure products meet evolving business needs.
- Establish clear metrics and KPIs to measure product success, impact, and user satisfaction, leveraging feedback for continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory standards applicable to digital solutions in relevant industries.
- Oversee user research and usability testing efforts to ensure product alignment with user needs and expectations.
- Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to communicate progress, address concerns, and align on strategic priorities.
- Advocate for best practices in product management across the organization, providing guidance and training where necessary.
- Support budget planning, forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure efficient and effective product delivery.
- Lead change management initiatives to promote successful adoption of new digital solutions within the organization.
Qualification Required:
- Minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in product management, enterprise digital platforms, analytics solutions, or workflow automation.
- Proven experience in managing complex product roadmaps, prioritizing product features, and successfully delivering digital products that enhance business operations.
- Strong expertise in analytics platforms, conversational analytics, AI-driven automation tools, and low-code/no-code solutions.
- Exceptional collaboration, leadership, and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging diverse cross-functional stakeholders.
- Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and product lifecycle management processes.
- Proven ability to translate technical solutions into clear business value and effectively communicate this to executive stakeholders.
- Experience with product analytics, user experience design principles, and customer-centric product development.
- Demonstrated capability in managing and optimizing product budgets, resources, and business partners relationships.
- Track record of fostering innovation and creativity within teams to deliver market-leading digital products.
- Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving product-related challenges.
