What will I be doing?
As Director of Partnerships, you will be responsible for building and scaling Kaluza’s global partner ecosystem, developing high-impact relationships with Strategy Houses, Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), and System Integrators (SIs).
You’ll own and execute the partnerships strategy, ensuring that we build strong, mutually beneficial relationships that accelerate revenue growth, enhance our solution offerings, and expand our market reach.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Develop & Execute a Scalable Partnership Strategy
- Define and lead a global partner strategy to expand Kaluza’s presence via Strategy Houses, ISVs, and SI partners.
- Establish clear partnership models that drive revenue, market access, and solution innovation.
- Map the partner ecosystem and identify key players that align with Kaluza’s mission.
Identify, Build, and Manage a Thriving Partner Network
- Strategy Houses: Develop relationships with top-tier consulting firms, ensuring Kaluza’s platform is positioned as a leading solution in their advisory engagements.
- SIs: Build partnerships with system integrators to expand implementation capacity and accelerate enterprise adoption of Kaluza’s platform.
- ISVs: Drive technology partnerships that enhance Kaluza’s capabilities through software integrations and complementary solutions.
- Lead on analyst relations using product marketing and pre-sales teams as a resource when required
Drive Joint Go-To-Market Success
- Develop joint value propositions that clearly articulate the business impact of Kaluza’s solutions within the partner ecosystem.
- Oversee co-marketing and co-selling initiatives, ensuring that partners are enabled to position and sell Kaluza effectively.
- Build partner training and support programs, equipping partners with the tools they need to succeed.
Strengthen Partner Engagement & Performance
- Establish structured partner programs, including incentives, certifications, and co-investment opportunities.
- Build senior relationships within key partners, ensuring ongoing alignment on strategic priorities.
- Track, measure, and optimize partnership performance, ensuring long-term value for both Kaluza and its partners.
Collaborate Across Kaluza’s Leadership Team
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to ensure seamless execution of partner-led opportunities.
- Play a key role in M&A workstreams, identifying potential acquisition opportunities that align with Kaluza’s strategic goals.
- Represent Kaluza at industry events, conferences, and partner forums, positioning us as the go-to platform in the energy sector.
About You
You are a strategic thinker and relationship builder, passionate about unlocking new growth opportunities through partnerships. You have a commercial mindset, an entrepreneurial approach, and the ability to drive meaningful, revenue-generating collaborations.
Ideally, you’ll have:
- Extensive experience in partnerships, strategic alliances, or business development within SaaS, enterprise technology, or energy markets.
- A strong network within Strategy Houses, ISVs, and SI partners, with a deep understanding of how to engage and activate them.
- Proven success in building and executing go-to-market strategies with global technology and consulting partners.
- A commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue growth through partnerships while balancing long-term strategic objectives.
- Experience working with C-suite stakeholders to define and execute high-impact partnership initiatives.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence and align internal and external stakeholders.
- A highly collaborative approach, working seamlessly across Sales, Product, Marketing, and Delivery teams to execute partnership initiatives.
