We're looking for a Director of Operations to join our leadership team and bring clarity, order, and cohesion to how we operate.
In this role, you'll be in charge of creating harmony and clarity within our operational strategies by aligning them with the business objectives, streamlining and automating processes for maximum efficiency, and fostering innovation.
You'll evaluate and optimize our existing workflows, build scalable systems, and empower cross-functional collaboration - all while focusing on delivering measurable impact to the business.
You will also oversee the Program Management, Infrastructure and Support, Facility and Internal Support, and Site operations (Boston) teams.

In this role, you will:
- Drive the operational transformation to support MacPaw's growth.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership to align operational strategies with the business objectives.
- Сonduct an audit of our organizational processes, and lead the formalization, visualization, and continuous review of these processes.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure operational efficiency and success.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the executive team.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to optimize efficiency and reduce manual workflows.
- Manage and provide strategic direction for the Infrastructure and Support team, the Facility and Internal Support team, ensuring operational readiness and efficiency.
- Oversee the Site operations (Boston) to ensure optimal functionality and alignment with the organizational needs.
- Supervise the planning, execution, and monitoring of key programs and initiatives to ensure successful delivery within scope, time, and budget (program management).
- Establish frameworks for effective program management across the organization.
- Work cross-functionally with the internal teams to ensure the cohesive execution of strategic objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support operational needs.
Skills you'll need to bring:
- Profound experience in operations management or a similar leadership role within mid-sized organizations (500-1000 employees).
- Proven experience conducting process audits, formalizing workflows, and driving operational improvements in fast-scaling environments.
- Strong expertise in developing and tracking KPIs to measure and improve operational efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams, including IT support, and facilities across distributed or international operations.
- Experience identifying and implementing automation solutions to optimize workflows and reduce manual processes.
- Background in program or project management, BA, including planning, execution, and delivery within budget, scope, and deadlines.
- Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze budgets, interpret key financial metrics, and contribute to overall financial planning. Proven experience in cost optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency and profitability without compromising quality or performance.
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with a track record of aligning operational strategies with business objectives and influencing senior leadership teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a data-driven approach to operational strategy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience reporting operational updates to executive teams and building external partnerships.
- Advanced level of English.
As a plus:
- Certifications like PMP, PgMP, CBAP, or MBA
- Experience in the utilization of AI tools in work and organizational processes
