A24 is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and highly creative leader to head our membership program, AAA24. The person in this role will be directly accountable for the development and growth of AAA24: setting goals for the program, crafting a strong roadmap, and working cross-functionally to align teams to deliver. The ideal candidate is an innovative leader with stellar brand and business instincts and experience leading cross-functional teams, setting high level goals and priorities, and building and growing a subscription product. This role is based in Manhattan. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the broader Brand leadership team to set the strategic direction for AAA24
  • Define membership vision, goals, and KPIs and be accountable for program outcomes and priorities
  • Have a strong perspective on acquisition & marketing strategies and work with cross-functional marketing teams to build and roll out an organic and paid marketing plan
  • Oversee membership digital product development, owning product management for all new features and optimizations against the existing product
  • Ensure long-term growth strategies will expand the membership base, while also deepening relationships with existing members
  • Constantly find ways to deepen AAA24’s integration with A24’s broader ecosystem across Film, TV, and beyond
  • Be directly responsible for member experience - ensuring our AAA24 members feel like VIPs and value their benefits
  • Analyze program performance through data, tracking key metrics such as growth rates, engagement, retention, and revenue generation
  • Use insights to refine strategies, optimize member experiences, and drive program evolution
  • Regularly report on key business metrics to internal stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications:

  • 8-10 years in membership product development or subscription marketing, loyalty programs, or customer engagement
  • Proven track record of leading teams, managing cross-functional projects, and executing successful strategic initiatives.
  • Ability to think outside the box, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to enhance the membership experience
  • Proficient in using data and insights to drive decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives for diverse audiences
  • Understanding of the entertainment industry, film, and television ecosystems
  • Deep passion for and a genuine interest in cultivating meaningful relationships with fans.

Our target salary range for this role is between $165,000 to $200,000. We do not use formal job titles internally and similarly named positions may have different compensation levels. Actual starting salary within the range will depend on various considerations, including: work experience, skills, specializations, and training. This role is also eligible for an annual performance bonus, including both cash and equity components, competitive healthcare, as well as other employee benefits.
