The ideal candidate has experience supporting high-growth marketing organizations, understands customer acquisition economics, and is adept at influencing stakeholders through data-driven insights.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Be a key thought partner VP Acquisition and CMO to develop and co-own strategic plans, forecasting models, and investment strategies, ensuring alignment with company objectives. Work closely with VP, Acquisition and channel managers to develop, understand, and track their execution against goals.
  • Own and enhance marketing financial models, providing clear insights into CAC, LTV and channel efficiency to help optimize performances at a portfolio level.
  • Collaborate with Data Science and Marketing teams to improve marketing measurement and insights.
  • Lead financial planning, forecasting, and scenario modeling for marketing spend across all channels, including paid media, partnerships, and brand initiatives.
  • Analyze and monitor performance metrics, identifying trends and opportunities to improve marketing ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing investment decisions with broader financial and operational strategies.
  • Drive process improvements and automation within financial reporting and marketing analytics.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic finance, ideally in partnership with Growth of Performance Marketing organizations
  • Expertise in marketing finance, including measuring success on both performance/paid marketing investment and brand/awareness oriented investments
  • Strong proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and scenario planning.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; experience with Tableau and SQL is a plus.
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills - able to synthesize data and metrics to tell a compelling story, tailor content to different audiences and strong written and presentation skills.
  • Consumer eCommerce experience, preferably in a subscription-based business.

WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU?

  • Competitive compensation and performance-based incentive plans.
  • A 100% remote working environment (excluding Laboratory positions), which has been implemented from day one.
  • A strong company culture that is enforced through the hiring process to ensure values alignment and a highly collaborative team.
  • A mission-driven approach to everything that we do, with an overall goal to significantly improve our customers’ health and wellness.
  • A high-growth, dynamic environment with opportunities for your direct impact to be felt.
  • Paid holidays, company-wide mental health days, and unlimited PTO (based on your country of residence).
  • In-person team meetups for optimal collaboration, team building and accelerating productivity.
  • A work environment and culture that is based on high performance, productivity and continuous improvement.
  • The opportunity to work with passionate, high-growth, business-minded colleagues who bring their all to our mission each and every day.
  • Access to AG1 products and branded swag.
  • Monthly telecom stipend to offset some of the costs of home internet/wifi for eligible team members.
  • All other benefits and insurances as required by law, based on your specific country of residence.
