As a Lead Development Sales Director on the Franchise Development team, a typical day for you will include:

  • Lead the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of inbound and outbound sales campaigns.
  • Provide direction and oversight for all sales activities related to lead generation and candidate qualification for franchise development.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage a high-performing team of inbound and outbound lead qualifiers.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment that encourages ongoing professional development.
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Work with senior leadership and internal franchise development teams to align strategies and ensure business needs are met.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine lead qualification processes to maximize the quality and quantity of qualified leads.
  • Monitor sales metrics and performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to drive results.

(Required qualifications)

Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of sales experience, with at least two (2) years in a management or leadership role.
  • A minimum of eight (8) years of related business experience in sales, recruiting, or franchise development is preferred.

Skills:

  • Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage cross-functional teams, providing strategic direction and coaching to drive high performance.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, precisely, and confidently to internal teams, senior leadership, vendors, and external partners.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative in driving key business initiatives forward.
  • Ability to analyze complex business data and translate it into actionable strategies and recommendations.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
