About the Role… 

Inari is seeking a Director of Investor Relations to help build and scale an Investor Relations function through its IPO and establish a consistent and reliable infrastructure to effectively communicate the value proposition to investors. The role will work closely with the Head of Investor Relations to further develop the investor narrative, establish best-in-class financial disclosure processes, and create the infrastructure necessary to ensure Inari’s story is well understood by investors, bankers and equity analysts. This individual will be comfortable in a demanding, fast-paced environment. Previous capital markets experience and work with IPOs highly desired.  

 

As the Director in Investor Relations, you will…  

  • Work with senior leadership, external consultants and advisers to help with the preparation for Inari’s future funding rounds, including the crafting of the investor narrative, and developing and executing the strategy for investor marketing. 
  • Support the development of content in relation to the announcement of financial results, M&A, investor meetings, site visits, lab tours, capital market days and events. 
  • Take ownership of the consensus IR financial model and provide insight to the team through analytical review of earnings and valuation. 
  • Increase visibility and awareness of the IR strategy across Inari including sharing analyst research, market research and market reaction to key industry events. 
  • Provide information and feedback from investors and analysts to the Inari leadership team in an effort to improve communication with the investment community. 
  • Conduct regular shareholder benchmarking analysis of underweight/overweight holdings vs. Peers to better identify, target and convert new investors. 
  • Build and maintain relationships of trust, confidence and credibility with Inari’s shareholders, potential investors, banks and sell-side research analysts. 
  • In conjunction with the CFO and Head of IR, establish formats, processes and procedures for Inari’s external reporting and manage those processes on an on-going basis – including development of quarterly reports, annual reports and other shareholder materials – which best convey the company’s financial and operational performance. This includes developing a clear timeline and calendar for all investor relations activities. 
  • Manage certain aspects of the quarterly earnings release process including working with communications on press releases, working with accounting on financial reporting and development of scripts and supplemental reporting materials. 
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory disclosure requirements and provide advice and guidance internally on disclosure policies and related issues involving the public distribution of financial information and other material disclosures. 
  • Organize and participate in presentations to analysts and equity investors, conduct non-deal road shows, and manage the company's participation in investor conferences, including the preparation and coaching of senior leaders for public appearances and creation of all materials. 
  • In conjunction with Corporate Communications, manage our IR website ensuring update information and engaging content for investors.   

You Bring…  

  • An undergraduate degree in finance, business or relevant concentration 
  • Experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Equity Capital Markets and IPO process 
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills 
  • An ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across geographies 
  • Strong communication skills including report writing, presentation prep and delivery in both small and large group settings 
  • A demonstrated track record of collaborating and working as a part of a team 
  • Strong attention to detail 
  • The ability to proactively improve processes and implement best in class solutions, raising quality and impact
