Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Marketing Leadership:

  • Develop and oversee the strategic direction of integrated marketing efforts across all channels, ensuring alignment with the company's long-term goals and brand vision.
  • Collaborate closely with executive leadership and cross functional teams to ensure that marketing strategies support broader business objectives and competitive positioning.

Strategic Planning and Leadership:

  • Lead the a team of Integrated Marketing managers who oversee the planning, scheduling and execution of high impact marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure cohesive messaging and branding across 360-degree campaigns, including digital, social, email and paid marketing channels.

Data-Driven Insights & Performance Measurement:

  • Use basic analytics to drive strategy, evaluate campaign performance, and optimize marketing investments to support the business.
  • Must be able to coach the team on basic analytics to evaluate campaign efficacy.
  • Leverage relationships with analytics teams to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Foster collaboration among marketing channel leads, product owners, and other departments to align on strategy, synchronize efforts, and prioritize marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the primary liaison between marketing, merchandising, and creative teams, ensuring all creative and product requests align with campaign goals and brand standards.

Process Development & Optimization:

  • Oversee the Go-To-Market planning process and ensure it is implemented to support financial and strategic needs of the business.
  • Create and refine processes and workflows that enhance the efficiency of integrated marketing efforts and enable scalability while allowing for business critical pivots.
  • Implement best practices and optimize use of project management tools for smooth execution of multi-channel campaigns.

Customer-Centric Focus:

  • Deepen understanding of the customer journey across channels, continuously identifying opportunities to elevate customer engagement and experience.
  • Ensure campaigns reflect a comprehensive view of customer needs, preferences, and behaviors.

Compliance & Brand Integrity:

  • Adhere to all industry regulations, legal policies, and brand guidelines to protect the company’s brand integrity and ensure compliance with advertising standards.
  • Proactively monitor brand messaging for consistency and compliance across campaigns.

Team Development & Mentorship:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of integrated marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team culture.
  • Support team members’ career growth through goal-setting, feedback, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

Experience:

  • 7+ years of related experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in eCommerce, driving successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Skills:

  • Strategic business acumen with the ability to leverage marketing to drive revenue and brand loyalty.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving abilities, with experience interpreting marketing performance metrics.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to lead cross-functional teams and inspire action.

  • Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating a proactive and results-oriented approach.
  • Experience hiring and leading diverse teams.

Base Pay Range:

$139,000 - $170,000 per year DOE

Physical Requirements

Must be able to work on-site as required. This position requires consistent and proactive communication with team members and stakeholders, which may include in-person or remote interactions.

Physical Requirements:


This position requires you to sit, stand and perform general office functions. You may also be required to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Bending, stooping and reaching are also frequently required.
