SUMMARY
Reporting to the VP, Total Rewards & HR Technology, the Director, HR Technology & Data Analytics, will serve as the technical subject matter expert for the HRIS system and optimize the use of Workday (HCM) throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will also lead our HR data and analytics function, ensuring that we have the capabilities and insights needed to make data-driven decisions about our people. This role will ensure integrity, accuracy, and proper use of information in the system. He/She will be responsible for system integration, security administration, and business process design. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison with HRBPs, other HR COEs, Payroll, and IT Teams to provide support for technology, reporting, and analytics needs. He/She will facilitate change management and system adoption, assisting with end-user documentation and/or training as needed. The ideal candidate will have the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easy-to-understand stories and insights for broad audiences. The ideal candidate will also have a natural curiosity for the adoption and application of emerging AI-powered analytics tools to explore building the foundation of integrated data to enable an AI driven experience.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drive functionality and optimization of HCM System (Workday): facilitate discussions to understand business and information needs of HR, Payroll, IT and management and make recommendations about how the system can best meet those needs.
- Oversees, the operations for collection of HR employee indicative data and service delivery for Global employees; functional guidance for design, planning and implementation of HR Systems and programs impacting collection and presentation of employee indicative data; regulatory and audit compliance for HR procedures
- Manages the relationship with vendor partners and intersecting functional areas to ensure SLAs are met, and all protocols and workflows are compatible to maintain stable HR/Payroll systems; manages collection, input, and prediction of employee data integrity
- Lead a high performing team to provide insights to HR professionals, operational leaders and c-suite executives that enable decisions, predict and measure business impact, improve performance
- Collaborate with subject matter experts across the HR service to promote data governance and stewardship, and to improve overall strategic and operational performance and insight
- Partner across HR to develop a standard set of key performance indicators, robust self-service reporting capability and manager dashboards in appliance ERP/HCM solutions
- Stay up to date on the latest trends in HR Technology & people data and analytics, on emerging trends in AI for analytics.
- Foster a culture of data-driven decision making within the organization and promote the use of analytics to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, Human Resources or a related area.
Work Experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience delivering HR operations and technology services, including a variety of HR business content, including compensation, benefits, time and effort, talent acquisition and talent management, performance.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience and a broad skill set in support of business systems operations and implementation, including business process modeling and refinement, data management, project management, meeting facilitations, writing, presentations and communications.
- 5 years processing HR Data and enterprise HCM SAAS systems including Workday in a global environment
- 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven ability to prioritize and deliver projects on time and on budget
Technical Skills & Competencies
- Strong working knowledge of global HR data privacy requirements and policies
- Considerable knowledge of laws, regulations, principles, procedures and practices related to Human Resources
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems/applications, Workday experience required.
- Proven project management skills, which include leading meetings, providing regular project updates, adhering to project deadlines, and escalating issues and risks
- Detail-oriented with an unwavering commitment to pursue relevant and accurate data

Salary may vary depending on factors such as confirmed job-related skills, experience, and location. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
However, the pay range for this position is as follows. Sales Positions are eligible for a Variable Incentive
$126,200.00-$180,300.00
