What You'll Do:
- Lead with Vision: Manage all aspects of the office, including budgeting, planning, recruiting, and fiscal operations.

- Grow the Business: Stay ahead of industry trends, network with the community, and cultivate referral opportunities to grow our client base.

What We’re Looking For:
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of management experience in healthcare, ideally home health care.
- Knowledge of state regulations and familiarity with the Richmond market.
- Proven skills in business development, networking, and relationship-building.
- Strong track record of achieving goals and successfully growing teams.
- Tech-savvy, with exceptional organizational and communication abilities.
- A passion for growth, innovation, and making an impact.
