About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Growth & Lifecycle Marketing to drive demand generation, customer acquisition, and lifecycle engagement strategies. This role is more than just lead generation; it requires a strategic leader who can build and optimize a full-funnel marketing engine, from brand awareness to customer retention.

As a key marketing leader, you will develop and execute high-impact campaigns across paid, organic, and owned channels while optimizing our website, email, and automation strategies. You’ll also be responsible for managing a junior team member.

Key ResponsibilitiesGrowth & Demand Generation

  • Develop and execute a data-driven growth marketing strategy to drive qualified pipeline and revenue.
  • Own and optimize multi-channel demand generation efforts, including paid acquisition, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, and ABM.
  • Build and refine lead nurturing strategies that enhance engagement and conversion rates across the funnel.
  • Continuously experiment with and scale new acquisition channels to drive efficiency and maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate across marketing and Sales to refine messaging, campaign strategies, and GTM execution.

Lifecycle Marketing & Retention

  • Design and implement a full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategy, ensuring prospects and customers receive personalized, high-value experiences at every touchpoint.
  • Optimize email marketing, segmentation, and automation to improve engagement, retention, and upsell opportunities.
  • Leverage data to create tailored journeys that increase activation and reduce churn.

Performance, Analytics & Optimization

  • Define and track key marketing KPIs, ensuring alignment with revenue and growth goals.
  • Build a scalable analytics framework to measure campaign effectiveness and optimize CAC, LTV, and attribution models.
  • Run A/B testing, experiment with growth levers, and leverage insights to refine messaging and channel performance.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Manage a junior team member, providing guidance and structure to ensure executional excellence.
  • Lead by example, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and RevOps teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Effectively manage up to leadership while also driving day-to-day marketing operations.
Requirements
What You Bring
  • 8-10 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, with expertise in demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and revenue acceleration. 
  • Strong strategic and operational mindset. Able to see the big picture while executing effectively.
  • Proven experience in paid acquisition, SEO, website optimization, email marketing, lead nurturing, and conversion optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in attribution modeling, funnel analysis, A/B testing, and performance metrics.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), CRM (Hubspot), and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration with sales, product, and leadership teams.
  • Experience managing and developing team members.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in AI, automation, or enterprise software marketing.
  • Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies.
  • Startup experience, particularly in high-growth environments
