ROLE SUMMARY
The Brand Strategy and Campaigns team at Pfizer is responsible for driving the enterprise brand strategy and launching compelling corporate campaigns. ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and scale agile content / integration model across campaign and website, leveraging ongoing reporting and insights to achieve KPIs
  • Develop and own the go-to-market strategy and promotional plans for scaling PfizerForAll, a platform aimed at improving healthcare accessibility.
  • Drive roadmap and promotional plans for PfizerForAll, partnering closely with PfizerForAll Product Lead
  • Refine and scale PfizerForAll positioning and messaging alongside identifying new growth opportunities working closely with the Business Units
  • Partner with Product Lead, Market Research and UX research to deeply understand customer needs, conduct research and implement best practices across the PfizerForAll journey
  • Oversee and manage agency of record in the delivery of breakthrough creative and end-to-end execution, ensuring clear scopes of work, excellence in creative and production and timely and efficient budget management
  • Oversee development of industry-leading consumer and HCP integrated paid, earned, owned and partnership strategies
  • Establish and effectively communicate a strong vision for the platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead a cross-functional team to execute the go-to-market strategy with excellence, driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of PfizerForAll.
  • Deliver business value through performance-driven marketing, utilizing digital marketing channels such as websites, paid, earned, and owned media.
  • Interact with key stakeholders and senior leadership, demonstrating executive presence and effectively communicating the value proposition of PfizerForAll.
  • Produce exceptional creative work that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement with the platform.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing to inform strategies and optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of go-to-market plans and maximize reach and impact.
  • Shape the future of PfizerForAll and make a significant impact on healthcare accessibility by driving awareness, engagement, and adoption of the platform.
  • Measure and analyze campaign performance to identify areas of improvement and optimize marketing efforts for maximum effectiveness.


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree, with a preference for advanced degree
  • 10+ years of experience in brand marketing, consumer marketing or product marketing; or at an award-winning agency leading integrated campaigns and experiences for global brands
  • Preference for experience across industries; strong knowledge of or experience in marketing within the life sciences / pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to understand audience needs, extract key insights, and translate these into meaningful strategies and in market results
  • Track record of leading teams in successful launching breakthrough advertising and meaningful brand acts at large multi-national company. Preference for global experience across markets, cultures, and languages
  • Track record of successfully pulling through brand campaigns across owned digital channel ecosystem, partnering with media to develop unique brand amplification opportunities and executing earned strategies that grow brand value and relevance
  • Strong executive presence and excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively influence senior leaders and colleagues at all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional collaboration skills - can skillfully coordinate and problem solve across cross-functional teams and foster highly productive cross-functional relationships
  • Thrives in a high energy environment and works effectively in unchartered territory. Ability to drive team to results, take accountability and meet deadlines
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking - ability to establish leading and lagging indicators for the brand and adjust strategies based on performance

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $169,700.00 to $282,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer's Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 20.0% of the base salary and eligibility to participate in our share based long term incentive program.
