YOUR TALENT

10+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in CRM, Paid Marketing, SEO, and Affiliate channels

Experience leading global digital marketing strategies for a market-leading brand, ideally in the apparel or consumer goods industry

Expertise in driving acquisition and retention initiatives, with a focus on measurable business outcomes

Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing principles and how to integrate channels for maximum impact

Demonstrated ability to lead and scale teams, with exceptional people management skills

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation

Analytical mindset with a deep understanding of data-driven decision-making and performance measurement

Familiarity with global market nuances, including localisation, regulatory requirements, and cultural differences.
