You will challenge non-value-added activities and cross-functional teams to identify and improve processes and to prevent repeated losses that hinder us from achieving our goals. You help us recognize business improvement opportunities, lead initiatives, and deliver results using the tools and techniques associated with continuous improvement.
How you will contribute
You will:

  • Ensure that capabilities and processes are deployed effectively and users have a great experience
  • Provide insight and direction to help us hit our targets and identify areas of improvement. You will also use internal and external benchmarks to help business leaders set business/departmental goals
  • Help us apply and be self-sufficient in applying continuous improvement tools and techniques. You will also recommend areas for productivity improvement and promote cost-savings programs by engaging with employees at the lowest possible levels.
  • Develop and execute a global asset reliability strategy to deliver Best in Class Line Efficiency, Maintenance cost and storeroom inventory.
  • Establish and maintain global standards for preventive and predictive maintenance.
  • Lead the implementation of progressive maintenance techniques (TPM, RCM)
  • Drive data-driven decision-making to improve asset performance.
  • Drive usage of SAP for Maintenance and storeroom planning.
    Collaborate with regional and plant teams to ensure alignment and effective execution through trainings, coaching visits and audits.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and lean application background experience (e.g. TPM, 6S, Black Belt)


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
  • Extensive experience more than 10 years in asset reliability and maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of driving significant improvements in equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Trained on SAP PM and Material management
  • Qualified as trainer and coach
  • Preference for candidates with experience working with TPM/JIPM Phase 4 and above plants
  • Digital acumen
  • English advanced is a must
  • Spanish or Portuguese (preference)
  • Stakeholder management skills
