職務の目的 (職務概要)/Position Purpose
To supervise Capital Planning-G, Reliability Maintenance-G, Utility & Environment-G, EHS-G and site services at Nagoya site, and be in charge of managing Capital Investment, Facility & Equipment Maintenance, Energy Supply for Manufacturing Activities, Environment Protection, Safety-related, employee health care and security management.
主要な役割と責任/Description of Primary Role & Responsibility
1. To support and advise all departments for capital budget planning in cooperation with Capital Planning-G. Also, to manage planning, execution and completion for each capital project.
2. To promote making master plan for facility and equipment on site.
3. To be responsible for Maintenance and Repair, including Calibration etc. for building, facility, equipment.
4. To promote IME-Engineering Ecosystem and IMEx-TPM for each section, to contribute for stable operation and expense reduction of maintenance.
5. To keep good partnership with suppliers/vendors in terms of cost, quality, delivery and safety.
6. To be responsible for operation of Utility facility and supply energy for manufacturing without disruption.
7. To support energy saving team to achieve continuous reduction of energy use and CO2 emission. (Net Zero action)
8. To deal with waste materials, waste water and gas emission properly to support manufacturing activity in the site and give no environmental damage to neighborhood community.
9. To take appropriate measures and actions for Quality/EHS audit, Finance audit and other audit/assessment.
10. To be responsible to maintain license and report to authority about energy usage plan, fire protection etc.
11. To manage budget planning and control. Also, to contribute to cost improvement.
12. To develop people and make succession plan to assure the future of the organization.
13. To manage employee health care by healthcare activities.
14. To be responsible and comply for DI and ALCOA to Engineering and EHS.
15. To be responsible for site security and contract management to IFM.

2. Technical Skills(テクニカルスキル)
- To have basic knowledge of pharmaceutical product, manufacturing process, regulatory requirement and so on.
- To have good technical knowledge and experience for manufacturing equipment, HVAC/Utility system etc.
- To have basic knowledge of finance, procurement and compliance, for capital investment and maintenance.
- To have analytical skill to be used for problem-solving, KAIZEN activity etc.
- To be able to manage budget, human-resource.
3. Experience(職務経験)
- Work at pharmaceutical plant, and/or Work in engineering area in other industry.
4. Education/Certification(学歴/資格)
- Graduate from College/University or so.
5. Language(語学力)
- TOEIC:730
