Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management:

- Strategic Contribution:
- Work closely with the executive team and board of directors to develop and execute the company’s engineering strategy.
- Provide strategic input on company-wide initiatives and ensure that engineering objectives align with the overall business goals.
- Stay informed on industry trends and advancements, and leverage this knowledge to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Act as a key liaison between the engineering department and the board, providing regular updates on engineering projects, challenges, and successes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless integration of engineering efforts with other business functions.
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
- Technical Oversight:
- Ensure that engineering projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Oversee the development and implementation of engineering processes, tools, and standards to enhance efficiency and quality.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in engineering leadership roles, with a proven track record of managing large engineering teams.

- Strong people management skills with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
