The Director of Digital Sales Growth is responsible for accelerating client growth through digital channels, enhancing client engagement, and driving digital transformation initiatives across the bank’s footprint. This role oversees the digital sales team and collaborates with financial centers, contact centers, and retail banking partners to optimize business performance. The position is accountable for executing digital sales strategies, increasing digital adoption, and driving balance sheet growth through a data-driven approach.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement digital sales strategies to acquire new clients and deepen relationships with existing clients through the bank’s digital platforms.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance client engagement and adoption of online and mobile banking solutions.
- Drive sales productivity by coaching and managing a team of Digital Relationship Bankers and Business Unit Operations Analysts.
- Analyze financial performance, sales trends, and expense management to optimize digital sales growth.
- Collaborate with financial centers, contact centers, and retail bank teams to promote digital adoption and enhance customer experience.
- Oversee recruitment, training, and performance management of the digital sales team to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Monitor and drive key performance metrics, including digital client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies related to digital banking and sales practices.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and technology enhancements to improve digital client interactions.
- Represent digital sales initiatives in executive discussions, providing insights and recommendations for future growth.
MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 12 years of experience in financial services with a developed focus on digital delivery models and sales strategy.
- Proven leadership experience in managing digital sales teams and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial performance analysis, sales metrics, and expense management.
- Knowledge of CRM systems, digital banking platforms, and client engagement tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally across departments.

- Ability to work under stress and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift/move/carry approximately 20 pounds if required to perform the essential job functions.
