The Team You Will Join
Seeking an experienced candidate for Director, Identity Management Delivery.
The Opportunity
Your responsibilities will include managing the teams who are designing solutions for IT and Business objectives, address fast-moving objectives with emerging technologies. As a director, this role will be responsible to oversee and deliver multi-phased initiatives, manage onshore and offshore teams, and collaborate closely with business to deliver cutting-edge solutions. This role offers the chance to significantly impact, foster curiosity, and play a critical part in delivering innovative security technology and customer solutions.
How You'll Help Us Build a Confident Future (Key Responsibilities)

  • Assist, collaborate, lead, and facilitate in support of the overall design, strategy, delivery, and best practices of IGA capabilities.
  • Implements success-driven solutions that align to business goals and provide the desired outcomes.
  • Manage people and resources, including hiring, development, talent engagement, upskilling, performance management, and annual reviews.
  • An experienced leader demonstrating a deep understanding of identity governance, security policies and controls, user account life-cycle management, role-based access and access certification.
  • Participate in a wide range of design activities, from requirements analysis through systems, application and/or process design specification and implementation.


What You Need to Succeed
Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in security, information technology, or related degree or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
  • Strong understanding of SailPoint concepts and best practices.
  • High degree of empathy, assertiveness, and persuasiveness and potential to lead diverse teams.
  • Effective communication around security-related concepts to a broad range of technical and non-technical staff.


Preferred Skills

  • Demonstrates comprehension of Enterprise Security concepts.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with SailPoint preferred.
  • Identity and Access Management knowledge and experience.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills, preferably Agile methodology.
  • Understanding of mapping security policy to security controls.
  • Ability to assist in production of status reports, metrics, requirements, project progress tracking, and analysis.
