HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

Team Leadership: 

  • Lead and mentor direct reports, fostering growth and collaboration across the team. 
  • Manage workload distribution and supervise mid- and junior-level producers on projects of varying complexity. 

Production Expertise: 

  • Produce content across formats, including digital, live broadcast, and static, ensuring high quality. 
  • Define project requirements, estimate budgets, and create schedules in collaboration with Account Management and Creative teams. 

Operational Management: 

  • Monitor deliverables, vendor relationships, and production documentation, maintaining transparency and efficiency. 
  • Manage contract negotiations, insurance, and compliance with legal guidelines. 
  • Supporting Momentum’s Values
  • All other duties as assigned

 
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • 10+ years of content production experience, preferably in an agency environment. 
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAG/non-union rules, budgets, and production timelines. 
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards. 

 BUSINESS SKILLS 

  • Strong financial acumen, with experience in managing budgets and identifying cost-saving opportunities. 
  • Ability to balance creative vision with operational efficiency to meet business goals. 
  • Proven track record in negotiating contracts and managing vendor relationships. 
  • Capacity to forecast and plan resources effectively to meet project demands. 


SALARY RANGE
The salary range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
