What you’ll do:

  • Drive revenue and profitability for large-scale drug product manufacturing assets Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to support commercial growth

  • Optimize project portfolios, enhance sold margins, and apply innovative business models to expand the business unit

  • Support sales and business development by addressing technical and operational queries and engaging in customer discussions

  • Negotiate and establish contractual terms for new and extended contracts, ensuring alignment across business units

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop persuasive growth strategies and achieve business goals

  • Leverage market intelligence and operational insights to identify and target growth opportunities

What we’re looking for:

  • MSc / MBA / PhD - Life Sciences (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Engineering) or Business with a number of years of experience within the CDMO industry in a commercial role

  • Leadership experience in commercial roles in CDMOs

  • Knowledge in the field of commercial manufacturing of injectable drug products

  • English proficiency; German is a plus

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Willingness to take ownership, strong collaborative attitude and ability to inspire others.
