Position Overview

PHIL is seeking a talented and experienced Client Success Director to drive the success of pharmaceutical manufacturer programs on our platform. This role will focus on optimizing client engagement, ensuring successful program launches, and continuously improving program performance. Reporting to the Head of Client Success, you will collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to maximize program value and scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Own client engagement and program success – Develop and execute structured plans to ensure smooth program launches, proactively identifying success drivers and achieving key pre-launch milestones.

  • Program design & strategic consultation – Work closely with clients to refine program design, ensuring alignment with patient access and commercialization objectives.

  • Performance analysis & value optimization – Continuously assess program performance against key success metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance value and improve outcomes.

  • Client relationship management – Serve as a strategic partner to clients, leading discussions around program performance, goal alignment, and areas for improvement.

  • Stakeholder collaboration & problem-solving – Navigate complex client dynamics, advocating for necessary client investments while diplomatically handling potential pushback.

  • Scalability & process improvement – Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency through improved tooling, streamlined processes, and resource allocation strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience, with a background in either:

    • A client-facing role with a strong focus on patient access and commercialization, OR

    • A deep understanding of patient access within the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align clients and internal teams around shared goals and navigate challenging conversations.

  • Data-driven mindset, using structured problem-solving approaches to identify key performance levers and drive strategic insights.

  • Proven ability to drive results, both through direct execution and by influencing cross-functional teams.

  • Strategic and scalable mindset, continuously seeking opportunities to optimize resources (tooling, processes, and people) for improved efficiency across programs.
