Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong relationships with key clients to gain a deep understanding of their needs and strategic business objectives.
  • Lead the development of client proposals, including strategic direction, pricing, and creative concepts.
  • Develop effective strategies to maximize account potential including growth to new business lines, groups and geographies.
  • Own crucial account metrics such as revenue growth, and profitability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Creative, Strategy, Production, and Paid Media etc.
  • Align with client objectives to design best-in-class social campaigns.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to ensure a 5-star client experience, supporting our client services team in delivering disruptive, high quality work that drives business growth.
  • Stay current with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies.
  • Share insights and knowledge with the team to drive innovation and foster growth. 
  • Oversee the development of existing client growth opportunities, including strategic direction, pricing, and creative concepts.
  • Ensure accurate and timely delivery of client campaigns, managing resources and workflows to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Strong understanding of how businesses are measuring their marketing spends.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in client services or account management, preferably within a media, digital or social/influencer agency environment.
  • Proven track record of developing, maintaining and growing strong relationships with key clients to ensure a deep understanding of client needs and strategic business objectives.
  • Experience overseeing key account metrics, including client satisfaction, revenue growth, and profitability, with a focus on driving results.
  • Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
