The Director of Client Implementation will manage the team of registered fund service project managers, project templates and documentation, manage larger scale projects and project procedures.

What You Will Get To Do:

  • Manages a team of project managers, who manage all client related projects including conversions, fund and class launches, mergers, transfer in kinds, fund changes, SPV or Cayman additions, deconversions, and liquidations for registered fund services.
  • Manage larger or more complex client projects and provide transitional support to relationship managers and relevant departments while maintaining a strong client relationship.
  • Oversee training, performance reviews, project plan templates and documentation for the overall team.
  • Assign and track all projects, provide estimated project resources for statement of work costs.
  • Review and confirm scope of services are complete and tie back to final service agreements.
  • Assist with sales presentations, RFP’s and present the onboarding process for prospect clients.
  • Meet on a regular basis with all departments within registered fund services to maintain and update all related project documentation and templates.
  • Complete regular planning sessions with all project managers to review their overall project status, pending issues, target dates, and upcoming deliverables.
  • Manage internal CRM system to complete backend system set ups, and other internal interfaces.
  • Collaborate on the selection and implementation of an automated project management tool(s).
  • Assist with transition of new workflows for new or custom processes.
  • Assist with ensuring that outstanding client billing is collected prior to clients deconverting or liquidating.

What You Will Bring:

  • 5 to 7 years’ experience of registered fund implementation experience
  • 7- 10 years experience in the financial service industry.
  • 3-5 years of management and leadership experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in business administration, similar, related field or equivalent experience
  • Understanding of Registered Fund Services.
  • Project Management concepts and disciplines.
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Must be willing to work on site a minimum of 6 days/month

Salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, job related knowledge, skills, abilities, business needs, and geographic regions.

NY: Salary range for the position: $150,000 USD to $220,000 USD. Colorado: Salary range for the position: $100,000 USD to $170,000 USD.
