Location: Cambridge, MA / Morristown, NJ (3 day per week in office requirement)

This is achieved by offering programs that provide reimbursement and logistics support, financial assistance, and patient education. In addition to the program offerings, the PSS organization is also home to field teams that provide education and support to patients and customers.

Position Overview:
As the Director of Change Management & Communication in the Patient Support Services (PSS) function, you will be responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that ensure all stakeholders are informed, engaged, and aligned during the implementation of key initiatives. This position will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to craft consistent messaging, monitor the impact of communication efforts, and establish metrics to track the success of change management initiatives. Reporting to the Head of Evolution & Execution, this position will play a crucial role in driving successful organizational change and enhancing employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communication Plan Development and Execution
- Create and execute comprehensive communication plans that support the implementation of change initiatives within the PSS function.
- Ensure that all stakeholders, including employees, leadership, and external partners, are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
- Stakeholder Collaboration and Messaging Alignment
- Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to develop and align on clear, consistent messaging for effective communication across the organization.
- Work closely with senior leadership, HR, and other relevant teams to ensure that messaging reflects the company’s values and objectives.
- Impact Monitoring and Evaluation
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of communication efforts on employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall organizational alignment.
- Use feedback and data to continuously refine communication strategies, ensuring that they effectively support change management goals.
- Establish Metrics and KPIs
- Develop and implement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of change management and communication efforts.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior leadership on the effectiveness of communication strategies and their impact on the organization.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Communications, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 7 or more years of experience in change management, communications, or organizational development, or a related field within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Experience in patient support services, change management, communications, or a related area within the pharmaceutical industry.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree (MBA or clinical degree, etc.) preferred
- Proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies for large-scale organizational change initiatives.
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to craft clear and compelling messages.
- Experience in monitoring and evaluating the impact of communication efforts, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
- Strong understanding of change management principles and best practices.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

The salary range for this position is:
$172,500.00 - $249,166.66
