In this role, you will be working with C-Suite leadership to determine the direction of our business growth through clients, markets, and engineering. You must be technically sharp and have a bigger vision to truly fit this role. So, are you up for it?
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  • 7+ years of professional hands-on experience in Account Management, Sales, or Program Management, preferably in tech or engineering services.
  • Up to 40% of travel may be required between locations.
  • Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
  • Background checks are required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Skilled at influencing and fostering relationships with others.
  • Have the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the broader impact of decisions.
  • Ability to have technical conversations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market analysis.
  • Execute effective sales strategies to vet and close ideal-fit projects.
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, aligning services with client needs.
  • Collaborate with engineering project teams to meet client expectations.
  • Work with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs and AC’s value proposition.
  • Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Networking through events, conferences, and trade shows.

The salary range for this position is based on national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $168,000.00 - $262,000.00. Andrews Cooper is an equal-opportunity employer.
