In this role, you will be working with C-Suite leadership to determine the direction of our business growth through clients, markets, and engineering. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering from an accredited university or equivalent experience in a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of professional hands-on experience in Account Management, Sales, or Program Management, preferably in tech or engineering services.
- Up to 40% of travel may be required between locations.
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
- Background checks are required.

- Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled at influencing and fostering relationships with others.
- Have the ability to see the bigger picture and understand the broader impact of decisions.
- Ability to have technical conversations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through strategic prospecting and market analysis.
- Execute effective sales strategies to vet and close ideal-fit projects.
- Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in target industries.
- Act as a trusted advisor, aligning services with client needs.
- Collaborate with engineering project teams to meet client expectations.
- Work with technical teams to create compelling proposals and presentations that align with client needs and AC’s value proposition.
- Stay informed about industry trends emerging technologies.
- Provide insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Networking through events, conferences, and trade shows.

The salary range for this position is based on national rates. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Base Salary: $168,000.00 - $262,000.00. Andrews Cooper is an equal-opportunity employer.
