Your Role

• Contributing to the formulation of the design strategy for the product roadmap of DreamX
• Scaling and mentoring a team of multidisciplinary designers
• Establishing and promoting a design-led culture within the organization
• Collaborating with stakeholders to lead the resolution of complex user and business problems through data and research-driven problem-solving
• Ensuring implementation of design strategy to deliver an exceptional user experience and best-in-class product

Qualifiers

• 8+ years of relevant design experience with at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Demonstrated ability to scale and structure design teams and define processes
• An impressive portfolio showcasing your design work, with a focus on mobile and web applications
