Essential Functions:

The Director of Assessments maintains knowledge of Revenue Cycle best practices ensuring high productivity and proficiency standards are met. Promotes a culture of collaboration between the Ensemble functional areas and client contacts and serves as a positive role model for Revenue Cycle. Demonstrated ability to manage the day to day operations of multiple mid to large sized organizations providing a diverse and complex offering of services to the community.

Overall Assessment Support:

•Assessment Calendar maintenance and distribution

•Overall successful completion of deliverables

•Leading Pre-Onsite Phase

•Coordination and scheduling of internal kick-off and recurring rounding meetings

•Assessment timeline communication and materials to internal assessment/operations team

•Schedule B submission to client

•Coordinate distribution, compilation, and reconciliation/validation of Assessment templates to the Assessment team

•Lead Onsite Phase

•Compile end of week client facing items

•Lead Post Onsite/Deliverable Phase

•Oversee, and reconcile final deliverable compilation

•Submit to Marketing for formatting ·

•Upload final deliverables to ShareFile .

Director of Assessments has working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Acute and Physician processes and workflows. Has the ability to calculate and apply key performance indicators (KPI’s) against best practices. Exhibits strong strategic, analytical, project management, communication, and team leadership skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Communicates effectively while presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences. Demonstrates high proficiency in word, excel and powerpoint. The ability to pivot from one client to another as situations arise and unique client needs are identified

III. Essential Job Functions

Has working knowledge of Revenue Cycle Acute and Physician processes and workflows and has ability to leverage this knowledge base to problem solve, work through change management, and effectively communicate to broad audiences.

Has the ability to calculate and apply key performance indicators (KPI’s) against best practices and provide recommendaitons, give insights, and leverage gap analysis to reach goals.

Exhibits strong strategic, analytical, project management, communication, and team leadership skills to influence large groups of high level individuals through changes.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Communicates effectively while presenting complex information to technical and non-technical audiences.

Demonstrates high proficiency in word, excel and powerpoint; and ability to leverage these tools to efficently share business cases, story tell, and provide insights to others in-person and virtually.

The ability to prioritize, managing conflicting prioritizes, and pivot from one client to another as situations arise and unique client needs are identified

This position pays between:

$101,600.00- $152,400.00

Legally Required License / Certification (Ex: MD, RN, LPN, etc.) ONE CERTIFICATION PER FIELD
