Digital Media Management (DMM), a Keywords Studios company, is a full-service social media agency that specializes in 360 campaigns for the entertainment, games, and consumer brands industries. DMM creates groundbreaking social-first marketing campaigns rooted in innovative strategy, and provides clients with community management, creative, video production, influencer, talent, and performance marketing capabilities.


We are currently seeking a Director, Social Media Insights and Analytics. The Insights and Analytics

team is responsible for leading social analysis, measurement strategy, and reporting for a variety of

clients. We are looking for someone who has experience leading a team of social media analysts and a

proven track record of leveraging their expertise to help create impactful campaigns.

Successful candidates must have five to seven years of experience in the social media space, preferably

within an agency environment.

Your Impact

  • Formulate and establish a strong data and reporting POV that DMM will use to measure success across social media campaigns
  • Act as the resident expert on social media platform analytics (TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and tools, such as Rival IQ
  • Evaluate and recommend additional analytics and consumer research tools, manage relationships with vendors, and lead internal trainings on new tools
  • Educate internal stakeholders on the importance of data strategy and its value to the agency
  • Identify ways to improve how we measure and report on campaign success
  • Manage and mentor a team of social media analysts with a focus on growth, learning, and development
  • Scope and prioritize the team’s work based on business needs
  • Translate quantitative findings into actionable insights through storytelling in both internal and client presentations
  • Partner with the strategy team to lead and develop social audits, playbooks, and new business pitches
  • Share insights on cultural trends and audience behavioral shifts in order to inspire breakthrough creative thinking
  • Help define and expand agency POV, capabilities, and offerings within the realm of analytics

Your Experience

  • 5-7 Years of experience in social analytics and data strategy, ideally with brand, gaming and/or entertainment clients
  • Expert knowledge of how paid, earned, and owned channels work together
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Client-facing experience, with the ability to articulate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with experience leading cross-functional project teams

  • M-F: 9am-6pm PST
