Position Purpose: Responsible for leading the enterprise vision, strategy, and implementation for provider data and analytics within the Provider Experience and Provider Performance Support organization. The role will develop and implement data strategies and technologies that enhance how we support and partner with value-based contracted providers, including producing operational performance metrics, to help providers achieve clinical, quality, and growth targets across all lines of business. Responsible for leading engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders, including Medical Economics, Quality, PHCO, Medical Affairs, Network and other key areas , to define and execute a governance process around data utilization to support providers in quality clinical outcomes.

Prioritize and direct the planning and execution of enterprise-wide provider reporting and analytics strategic initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities around provider engagement and performance.

Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the provider reporting system, dashboards, and analytics tools that feed into the future state digital strategy.

Partner with Executive/Senior Leadership on data and analytics priorities, ensuring data-driven decisions are informed by accurate and relevant information.

Support governance and alignment efforts across all analytic functions.

Set strategic direction and lead continuous improvement efforts for healthcare outcome data and future state best in class provider and associate experience.

Manage all system implementations, development of business requirements, and system enhancement projects.

Deliver ad hoc reporting as defined by the enterprise provider engagement team.

Implement quality assurance processes to maintain the integrity and accuracy of data and reports.

Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of reporting and analytics initiatives.

Education/Experience:

Bachelor's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience required. Master's Degree Healthcare Administration, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or related field preferred.

7+ years Experience in health care reporting or analytics within a large healthcare insurance organization or national provider group. required

3+ years Management experience leading data teams in value-based performance reporting required.

Proven expertise in value-based performance reporting required.

Proficiency in data analysis reporting tools (e.g., SQL, SAS, Power BI, Python ) preferred.
Pay Range: $142,300.00 - $263,500.00 per year
