Job Summary:
Little Caesars is seeking an AI Strategy Director to lead transformative initiatives that harness the power of AI to drive business success. This role is critical in developing and executing strategies that leverage AI technologies to optimize operations and enhance decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AI, and management consulting, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of AI strategy at Little Caesars.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of AI strategies that drive digital transformation across the organization, with a focus on optimizing contact center operations and customer experience.
- Utilize advanced AI to identify opportunities for operational improvement, cost reduction, and enhanced customer interactions.
- Drive the adoption of AI technologies, including, machine learning, and automation, to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
- Conduct comprehensive research and analysis, and machine learning model development, to uncover insights and inform strategy development.
- Develop and present business cases that clearly articulate the ROI of AI-driven initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and securing stakeholder buy-in.
- Collaborate with global executive leadership teams to present findings, drive strategic decisions, and ensure the successful implementation of AI strategies.
- Partner with business development teams to craft compelling proposals, provide accurate estimations, and deliver pitches that highlight the transformative potential of AI.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- 7+ years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on AI.
- Proven track record in leading AI strategy initiatives, with a significant impact on business outcomes.
- Expertise in advanced machine learning, and AI model development.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive audiences.
- Strong ability to navigate ambiguity with autonomy, confidence, and a focus on speed to value.
- Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in business transformation.
- Autonomous, proactive problem-solver with the ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive innovation.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field is required.
