What is the purpose/mission of the position?
The Digital & UX Specilist is responsible to define, design and implement a high-quality end-to-end customer experience from onboarding and along the customer lifecycle.
This person should design enjoyable experience in all digital assets in line with NN’s customer experience design principles with the main objective to engage customers.
What are the tasks that you’ll perform?
• Create accessible, aesthetically appealing and meaningful applications and websites that customers are able to use easily
• Design apps, building prototypes, and performing testing and analytics as well as collaborating with clients and other teams
• Revamp website flow and navigation menu to increase the traffic.
• Design custom template communications to improve the click through rate.
• Identify opportunities, define the hypothesis and design flows, wireframes and UI artifacts based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces
• Be able to present UX to clients, managers, developers, and be capable of adapting the speech to all of them.
• Identify problems and devise elegant solutions.
• Foresee trends and incorporate benchmarking into the design process
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Design.
- 3-5 of relevant Experience (UX Design)
- High level of English.
