The Digital Specification Technology Intern will manage the online product portfolio for proprietary and third-party specification web pages by maintaining accuracy, analyzing customer feedback and behavior, collaborating with cross-functional teams, creating and optimizing content, collecting Voice of Customer (VOC) feedback, and striving to improve the overall customer experience.
This internship will offer experience in project management, data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, content creation and optimization, market research techniques (VOC), and professional networking to develop transferable skills.
Responsibilities
- Maintain product portfolio content on platforms through content creation and optimization (add NPDs, remove discontinued products, consolidate content)
- Identify and implement Voice of Customer feedback to improve ratings and reviews on customer rated platforms
- Implement branding guidelines to online content to update and correct use of images, logos, and trademarks
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Data Analytics or a related field
- Basic knowledge of Excel, Word, and Teams
- GPA of 3.5 or higher preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work 40 hours per week during the summer
