The Digital Solutions Specialist for Service Procurement is responsible for implementing and optimizing digital tools to streamline the procurement process. This role focuses on leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, increase competition, and reduce administrative burden in service procurement. The ideal candidate will drive the adoption of digital platforms, particularly the Simple Sourcing Tool, and oversee the transition from pilot programs to full-scale implementation of eSourcing/eAuction tools for strategic tenders.
What We Offer

Lead the implementation and optimization of the Simple Sourcing Tool for tail-end services or platform procurement

Run pilots and drive the transition from pilot programs to full-scale adoption of eSourcing and eAuction tools for strategic tenders in TGS

Simplify the tendering process for technical requisitioners e.g. operations through digital platforms

Streamline the contract awarding process e.g. for tail-end services

Collaborate with technical requisitioners to ensure effective use of digital procurement tools

Provide training and support to procurement teams and requisitioners on using digital platforms
The minimum base salary is 2225 EUR and can be higher depending on the skills and experience of the candidate.
What You Offer

Knowledge of ERP systems and procurement tool integration

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with at least 2 years focusing on digital procurement solutions

Proven track record of successfully implementing digital transformation initiatives in procurement
